EBT Share Purchase Programme
The Company announces that it has instructed Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited ("Apex" or the "Trustee), which administers the Gattaca Employee Benefit Trust, to start making market purchases of the Company's existing ordinary shares of £0.01 each in order to satisfy potential future option exercises.
It is the intention of the Board that the EBT will undertake market purchases up to approximately 160,000 shares in aggregate over the coming months in ten equal instalments. The requirement for on-market purchases is assessed on an annual basis, depending on the vesting schedule of existing unexercised options and anticipated new option grants, together with the balance of ordinary shares already held by the EBT.
