Matchtech Group PLC09 May 2007 Matchtech Group plc 9th May 2007 Matchtech Group plc (the "Company")Directors' and other notifiable interests The Company has been notified that on 8th May 2007 Paul Raine, Group ResourceDirector and Stephen Searle*, a significant shareholder, each sold 300,000ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and George Materna, Chairman,sold 225,000 Ordinary Shares all at 475p per Ordinary Share, and that on 9th May2007 Adrian Gunn, Group Managing Director, sold 7,500 Ordinary Shares at467.875p per Ordinary Share, in aggregate a total of 832,500 Ordinary Shares. Following these disposals, their respective remaining disclosable interests inthe Company's Ordinary Shares comprise: George Materna 7,877,405 Ordinary Shares 35.0%Paul Raine 1,829,827 Ordinary Shares 8.1%Stephen Searle* 916,650 Ordinary Shares 4.1%Adrian Gunn 398,134 Ordinary Shares 1.8% *Stephen Searle sold 265,000 Ordinary Shares and retains 881,650 OrdinaryShares; Sarah Searle, his wife, sold 35,000 Ordinary Shares and retains 35,000Ordinary Shares. Arbuthnot Securities agreed to an early release of these 832,500 OrdinaryShares, and a further 105,019 Ordinary Shares in respect of current and formersenior managers, from the lock-in deeds entered into at the time of theCompany's admission to trading on AIM in October 2006 in order to satisfyinstitutional demand.
