Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has today been notified that on 3 June 2010 George Materna, Chairman, transferred 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') to his wife, Mrs Anne-Marie Materna, for nil consideration.

Mr Materna's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 7,877,405 Shares, representing 33.8% of the Company's issued Share capital.
