Directorate Change - Resignation of CEO

The Company today announces that Brian Wilkinson has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer as he wishes to retire from full time executive roles. He will step down from the Board with immediate effect. In line with his contractual obligations, Brian will be available to the Company during his notice period.

Accordingly, the Board has commenced the process to recruit his successor as Chief Executive Officer and will look both externally and internally.

In the interim, the Chairman will work closely with Keith Lewis, Chief Operating Officer, and Salar Farzad, Chief Financial Officer, together with the Group's executive management, to ensure the momentum in the business is maintained. Each of our business divisions has strong and capable management to ensure the continued high quality delivery of services to our customers remain unaffected.

Gattaca has today issued a scheduled trading update and the Company will issue its Interim Results on Thursday 19 April 2018.

Patrick Shanley, Chairman, commented:

"The Board wishes to publicly thank Brian for the contribution he has made to the business since he joined in December 2013. There are many parts of the business which are significantly stronger, particularly our international operations, Gattaca Solutions and Group Support Services, but Brian feels that this is the right time to hand over the baton to someone who can lead the Company on its next journey. The Board fully respects his decision and wishes him well for the future."

Brian Wilkinson said:
