Blocklisting Application

Matchtech Group PLC (AIM: MTEC) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a blocklisting of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to cover exercises of shares arising from the Company's various share option schemes. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 28 January 2014.

These shares will be allotted upon receipt of a notice of exercise. Once issued, the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
