GAN plc ("GAN UK") today announces that it has set the date of its Court Meeting and General Meeting ("Meetings") at which shareholders will be asked to approve the proposed redomiciling of the Company to Bermuda, as previously disclosed on 3 March 2020 ("Scheme").
The Meetings will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 165 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DY on 31 March 2020, starting at 10:00 a.m. (GMT).
In connection with the Meetings, notices of meeting, the Scheme information circular ("Scheme Circular") and proxy materials have been mailed to the shareholders of record as at close of business on 11 March 2020.
The expected timetable of principal events in the redomiciling is set out in the Scheme Circular, and key dates relating to the Meetings will be posted on the Company's website at gan.com.
Prior to the Scheme becoming effective, and subject to applicable requirements of the London Stock Exchange, an application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of the GAN UK shares to trading on AIM. Further details are included in the Scheme Circular.
