London & Dublin | October 12, 2015: GameAccount Network was informed on 12 October 2015 that Dermot Smurfit, a Director of the Company, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of GBP£0.01 each ("Ordinary Share") at a price of GBP£0.37 per Ordinary Share on 12 October 2015.

Following the above transaction, Dermot Smurfit's shareholding in the Company is 7,475,075 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.4% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
