Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading technology-based provider of communications services to the business markets in the UK and Europe, announces that Wu Long Peng has informed the Board that he will be standing down from his role as non-independent non-executive director at the next AGM (which is to be held on 19 May 2022).
Long Peng has supported Gamma, its Board and executive management team from being a private company, through IPO, to the substantial company it is today and has contributed significantly to the development and execution of the Group's long-term planning and growth strategy.
Richard Last, Gamma's Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Gamma Board, I would like to express our thanks to Long Peng for his substantial support, particularly since the IPO almost eight years ago. We have benefitted from his wide experience and counsel. Long Peng leaves Gamma with our very best wishes for the future."
