Block Listing Application
Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service ("UCaaS") into the UK and European business markets, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 622,050 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The purpose of the block listing is, when combined with the balance of the previous block listing, to satisfy options awarded under the Gamma Company Share Option Plan (227,996 Shares), the Gamma Long Term Incentive Plan (160,150 Shares), the Gamma Deferred Bonus Plan (9,209 Shares) and the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme (322,660 Shares). The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading subsequent to 8:00am on 13 June 2022. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
