REPLACEMENT

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following replaces the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement which was released at 7.00 a.m. on 11 December 2012 under the RNS number 1990T which contains an administrative error.

Please note that on 10 December 2012 William Dewsall acquired 120,000 ordinary shares in the Company, following which he holds 25,119,022 ordinary shares, which represents 22.17 per cent of the shares in issue.

The Company has been notified that on 10 December 2012, William Dewsall, Chief Executive of Gable, acquired 120,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 41.5 pence per share, not 50,000 ordinary shares as previously stated.

Following this purchase William Dewsall holds 25,119,022 ordinary shares of 0.25p, which represents 22.17 per cent of the 113,322,000 shares in issue.
