The Company has been notified that on 20th July 2010, William Dewsall, Chief Executive of Gable, acquired a further 1,849,022 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15.75p per share.
Following this purchase William Dewsall holds 25,799,022 ordinary shares of 0.25p, which represents 22.77% per cent of the 113,322,000 shares in issue.
