Management Change
Gable Holdings (AIM: GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that with immediate effect Michael Hirschfield, BSc (Econ) FCA, and a Director of Kitwell Consultants, company secretary to Gable Holdings Inc. since its incorporation, now heads the Group Finance operations of the Company. Mike was a founding member of Gable and he is an experienced public company director with particular expertise working with growth companies.
This service was previously provided by Mr Peter Williams on a consultancy basis and he is no longer working with the Company.
