Director Shareholding
Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that Jost Pilgrim, Non-Executive Director of Gable, has bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Jost Pilgrim holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.037 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
