Demerger Dividend

Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (AIM:GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, announces that the previously announced dividend distribution in specie of shares ("Greka Engineering Shares") in its wholly-owned subsidiary Greka Engineering & Technology Limited ("Greka Engineering") is expected to be paid on 30 September 2013 to ordinary shareholders on the Green Dragon register of shareholders at 5.00 pm on 27 September 2013 ("the Record Time") on the basis of three Greka Engineering Shares for every one Green Dragon ordinary share held at the Record Time. It is expected that dealings in Greka Engineering Shares on AIM will commence on 30 September 2013. RFC Ambrian and WH Ireland have been appointed as joint brokers, and Smith & Williamson as nominated adviser, to Greka Engineering.
