Director's Share Dealing
The Company received notification that Alan Lim, Non-Executive Director of Fusionex, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 135 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 February 2016. Following the purchase, Alan Lim has a beneficial interest of 26,500 Ordinary Shares, 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
