The Company received notification that Robin Taylor, Non-executive Director of Fusionex, acquired 6,161 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 242 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 March 2013. Following the purchase, Robin Taylor has a beneficial interest of 12,827 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
