Forward Partners Group plc (LSE: FWD), the London-based investment firm specialising in supporting high growth, early-stage technology businesses, provides the following confirmation in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g)(v) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Susanne Given, non-executive director of the Company, is a director of Made.com Group plc which on 16 January 2023 was placed into members voluntary liquidation. Liquidation proceedings remain ongoing.
