Futura Medical PLC31 March 2008 For immediate release 31 March 2008 Futura Medical Plc ("Futura" or "the Company") Board Changes Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the pharmaceutical group that develops innovativeproducts for the consumer healthcare market, is pleased to announce theappointment as a Non-Executive Director of Lisa Arnold, who has extensiveexperience of the investment and healthcare sectors. Lisa, age 45, worked in the investment banking industry from 1984 to 2001,holding senior positions in healthcare at Commerzbank and UBS. Since 2001, Lisahas worked in non-executive and consultancy roles predominantly in the pensions,healthcare and technology sectors. Lisa is currently a Non-Executive Director of the UK's Medicines & HealthcareProducts Regulatory Agency (MHRA), where she chairs the Risk and AuditCommittee, and an adviser to the Allied Domecq Pension Funds and the Kraft UKPension Fund (Trustees).
