("Fulham Shore" or "the Company")
Grant of options
The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) announces that the Company has today granted 3,800,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to employees pursuant to The Fulham Shore Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") and the Unapproved Share Option Scheme (together, the "Options"). The Options have an exercise price of 10.15 pence per Ordinary Share (being the mid-market price at midday today, Wednesday 25 July 2018). The following Options have been granted to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme:

The above Unapproved Options granted today are exercisable from the third anniversary of grant until the seventh anniversary of grant. There are no additional performance conditions attaching to the Options.
Following the grant of the Options, the Company has a total of 65,873,820 options over new Ordinary Shares outstanding under share option schemes, equivalent to 11.5% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
