Offers for Subscription to raise up to the Sterling equivalent of Euro 2.5 million

A copy of the Offer Document, relating to a combined series of top-up Offers for Subscription of up to the Sterling equivalent of Euro 10 million in aggregate by means of further Ordinary Share issues of the Sterling equivalent of Euro 2,500,000 in each of Foresight VCT plc, Foresight 2 VCT plc, Foresight 3, VCT plc and Foresight 4 VCT plc, has been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for publication at the FSA's document viewing facility, which is situated at:
