Foresight 4 VCT PLC03 July 2007 Foresight 4 VCT plc Interim Management Statement for the Quarter Ended 31 May 2007 Foresight 4 VCT plc presents its interim management statement for the quarterended 31 May 2007. This constitutes the company's first interim managementstatement for the financial year ending 28 February 2008, as required by the UKListing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3. The unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share as at 31 May 2007 was102.9p (28 February 2007: 101.5p). The Board is not aware of any significantevents or transactions between the date of the NAV and the date of publicationof this Interim Management Statement. The number of ordinary shares in issue at 31 May 2007 was 22,356,506. Duringthe three months ended 31 May 2007 no shares were issued and no shares werere-purchased by the company for cancellation.
