(NASDAQ:PWAV), a globalsupplier of end-to-end wireless solutions for wireless networks, today announcedthat the companies have entered into a period of exclusive negotiations for thedisposal of Filtronic's filter-based transmit receive module and power amplifierbusinesses of its Wireless Infrastructure Division.
