Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces that on 12 June 2025 the Company received notification that Mrs D.M. Dixon holds 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 9.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Mr M.H Dixon has sold all remaining 2,500,000 of the shares held in his own name.
