Awards under Performance Share Plan

The following executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") informed the Company on 11th September 2013 of the grant of conditional awards on that date under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") entitling them to acquire the numbers of ordinary shares, set out below, of £0.10 each in the Company, at nil cost.

Depending on the extent to which performance conditions (relating to the Company's earnings per share growth) are satisfied, and subject to continuing employment with the Filtronic Group, these awards will normally vest on 2nd September 2016.
