Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Filtronic announces the following transactions by directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility. All transactions took place on 11 November 2011 and were notified to the company on the same day.

Howard Ford purchased 29,200 ordinary shares at 16.75 pence per share, Hemant Mardia (including shares purchased by his wife Preeti Mardia, who is also a PDMR) purchased 49,200 ordinary shares at 16.75 pence per share, Reg Gott (via his connected parties) purchased 29,200 ordinary shares at 16.75 pence per share, Graham Meek purchased 17,500 ordinary shares at 16.75 pence per share, and Alan Needle purchased 29,200 ordinary shares at 16.75 pence per share.
