During the month of March 2020, Fidelity Special Values PLC issued 1,125,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 184.62 pence per share from its block listing facility.
No ordinary shares were repurchased into Treasury or for cancellation.
As at 31 March 2020, Fidelity Special Values PLC's issued share capital consisted of 288,759,480 ordinary shares. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Special Values PLC is 288,759,480.
