Nanoscience Inc. ('Nanoscience' or the `Group') Strategic Licensing and Distribution Agreement
Nanoscience Inc. is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Toumaz Technology ('Toumaz') has signed a strategic licensing and distribution agreement with Texas Instruments Inc ('TI').
Under the terms of this strategic relationship, Toumaz will have access to TI's design, process, and manufacturing capabilities as well as an opportunity to use TI's sales channel and have access to its established customer base.
Further details of the arrangements will be made available in due course.
