("the Company") received notification on 10 February 2006 fromMerrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited, pursuant to Sections 198 to 202of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 9 February 2006, following the purchase of3,685,714 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Shares") in the Company, BNYTC asTrustee of the MLIT Smaller Companies Fund is interested in 5,685,714 Shares inthe Company, representing approximately 3.09 per cent. of the Company's issuedordinary share capital. On the same date, the Company was also notified by Merrill Lynch InvestmentManagers Group Limited that as at 9 February 2006, following the sale of5,685,714 Shares in the Company, RBS as Trustee of the Merrill Lynch UK SpecialSituations Fund no longer has an interest in the share capital of the Company.
