Frontier confirms that earlier today, 30 August 2019, Anthony Sethill, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 25 pence per Share. The Shares sold represented Mr Sethill's entire holding in the Share capital of the Company.
