Toumaz Holdings Limited (`Toumaz Holdings' or the `Group') Change of Director
The Group announces the resignation of its chairman, Richard Rose, with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Richard for his role in the development of the Group.
Professor Chris Toumazou, a non-executive director of Toumaz Holdings, will assume the role of interim chairman. Professor Toumazou has been instrumental to the design and development of the technologies owned by two of the Group's investment companies: Toumaz Technology Limited (`Toumaz Technology') and Future Waves Pte Limited (`Future Waves'). He currently is chairman and chief technology officer of Toumaz Technology and chairman of Future Waves, in addition to being director and chief scientist at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College, London.
Sir Richard Sykes, non-executive director, is expected, as previously announced, to assume the role of executive chairman in the near future.
