Toumaz Holdings Limited (`Toumaz Holdings' or the `Company') Total Voting Rights and Directors' Shareholdings
Toumaz Holdings, announces that following its recent placing (48,333,333 shares), the payment in part of a licensing deal with Imagination Technologies Limited (28,153,153 shares) and the completion of its acquisition of Future Waves (UK) Limited (91,836,779 shares), the total issued share capital of the Company is 418,401,272 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure of 418,401,272 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Directors' Shareholdings
As a result of the increased total share capital of Toumaz Holdings, the interest of the Directors in the issued share capital of the Company is as follows:
