Holding in Company
The Board of Frontier announces that it was notified on 17 July 2019 that on the 16 July 2019 and 17 July 2019, Science Group plc purchased a total of 277,421 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 35 pence per share.
The Board of Frontier was also notified on 17 July 2019 that on 16 July 2019 Science Group had received acceptances under its cash offer at a price of 35 pence per Frontier share ("the Offer") in respect of a further 1,269,399 shares, representing approximately 3.1 per cent. of the voting rights of Frontier ("the Acceptances") and that it had declared the Offer unconditional as to acceptances.
Therefore, including Acceptances, Science Group plc now holds a total interest in 16,819,140 ordinary shares in the capital of Frontier, equivalent to 41.3 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
