Toumaz Holdings Limited (`Toumaz Holdings' or the `Company') Correction: Total Voting Rights and Directors' Shareholdings
This announcement replaces the Company's Total Voting Rights and Directors' Shareholdings announcement released at 09:17 am Tuesday 26th May 2009. In the announcement it incorrectly stated that Professor Christofer Toumazou has a number of shares held indirectly by a company in which he has an interest; Professor Toumazou's shares are held in his own name. The correct text now follows:
Toumaz Holdings, announces that following its recent placing (48,333,333 shares), the payment in part of a licensing deal with Imagination Technologies Limited (28,153,153 shares) and the completion of its acquisition of Future Waves (UK) Limited (91,836,779 shares), the total issued share capital of the Company is 418,401,272 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure of 418,401,272 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
