Board change
Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ, 'Toumaz' or the 'Group'), a pioneer in low-power, wireless semiconductor technologies for healthcare and digital audio, announces that Dr Richard Steeves has stepped down as non-executive Chairman, and resigned as a director with immediate effect, in order to concentrate on his role as CEO of Synergy Health PLC.
Dr Martin Knight, currently a non-executive director of Toumaz, has been appointed non-executive Chairman.
Martin Knight, Chairman of Toumaz said:
"We entirely understand Richard's reason to relinquish his role with Toumaz and on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank him and wish him well for the future."
