Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1. of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), the Company is required to disclose the total number of voting rights and capital as at the end of each calendar month during which an increase has occurred.

The Company confirms that its total share capital consists of 50,146,374 ordinary shares and 100,000 preference shares with voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,246,374.

The Company does not hold any treasury shares.

The figure 50,246,374 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
