Non Executive Director Appointment
James Fisher and Sons plc (the "Company"), the leading marine service provider, announces the appointment of Malcolm Paul as a non executive director with effect from 1 February 2011.
Malcolm Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and was a founder and the former Finance Director at WSP Group plc between 1987 and 2009. Prior to that, he was a Principal at the corporate finance boutique Financial Decisions and an equity partner at Longcrofts, Chartered Accountants. Malcolm currently holds a non executive position at IRCA Holdings Pty Limited, a mining professional services business based in South Africa.
