James Fisher announces that an award over ordinary shares in the Company granted on 13 September 2022 to Jean Vernet, Chief Executive Officer, vested on 21 September 2023. Following the withholding of shares to satisfy certain tax obligations arising on vesting, Jean Vernet acquired 35,337 shares in the Company.
