Notification of Directors' Interest in Shares

Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a) of Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified on 2 March 2016 that Mr N P Henry, the Chief Executive Officer, had increased his holdings of Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company through the exercise of options over 29,615 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 468p per share.

Following this transaction Mr N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 188,532 Ordinary Shares representing 0.38% per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
