Notification of Directors' Interest in Shares

Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a) of Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified on 18 March 2014 that Mr N P Henry, the Chief Executive Officer, had increased his holdings of Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company through the exercise of options over 9,174 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 327p per share and that on 14, 17 and 18 March 2014, Mr N P Henry sold a total of 18,156 shares at an average price of 1527.12p per share.

Following these transactions N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 117,031 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
