The Company was notified on 29 March 2012 that on that date T C Harris a director of the Company and his wife Mrs A M Harris each sold 4,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 592.5p per share. The total number of shares sold was 9,000.
Following this transaction T C Harris has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 283,273 Ordinary Shares representing 0.57 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
