Copies of the documents have been filed with the UK Listing Authority in accordance with Rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules and will be available for viewing at the UKLA document viewing facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS. The documents are also available on the Company's website www.james-fisher.co.uk and have been despatched to shareholders.
