Focus Solutions Group PLC27 February 2007 Focus Solutions Group Plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights and Additional Listing For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's totalissued share capital at the date of this notice is 28,941,326. The Company's issued share capital consists of 28,941,326 ordinary shares of 10peach, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. Thetotal number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 28,941,326. The above figure of 28,941,326 may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules. The above figure includes 3,218 ordinary shares which have been issued due to anexercise of options at 35p per share by an employee of the Company. The Companyhas made application for the 3,218 new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM and admission is expected to occur on 5 March 2007.
