Focus Solutions Group PLC13 April 2006 13 April 2006 Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus" or "the Group") Focus announces Directorate change Focus, a leading provider of XML development software and solutions to the retail financial services market, has announced the resignation of Mark Thelwell, current Chief Operating Officer, who is leaving the Group to pursue other career opportunities. Mark joined Focus in 1998 as Operations Director and Executive Director of the Board, with 16 years previous experience working in the financial services market, covering a variety of sales, marketing and regulatory roles. Mark was appointed Managing Director in 2000 before his current appointment as Group Chief Operating Officer on 30 April 2002. The Group has today announced that Mark will be leaving Focus as of 12 April 2006 to pursue other career opportunities.
