Focus Solutions Group PLC16 February 2006 Thursday 16 February 2006 Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus" or "the Group") Focus appoints new Chief Executive Officer Focus, a leading provider of XML development software and solutions to theretail financial services market, is pleased to announce today the appointment of Richard Stevenson, as Chief Executive Officer of the Group with effect from 1st March 2006. John Streets, founder and incumbent Chief Executive Officer haschanged roles and will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Richard James Stevenson, (39), was most recently CEO and President for BusinessAgility Limited, a systems integrator focusing on enterprise class operations software and related services. Prior to that he was CEO and President of AST Europe and brings broad experience of developing software based technologybusinesses in a global market to the Group. With the full support of John Streets, the Board decided to recruit a new CEO to accelerate the expansion of Focus' business into multiple business sectors worldwide. Alastair M Taylor, Chairman, expressed his delight with the new appointment. "Richard is an outstanding individual with a proven track record and I very much look forward to working with him and ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities."
