Contract Extension with HSBC

Focus Solutions Group plc (AIM:FSG), a leading provider of multi-channel distribution software to the global financial services industry, is pleased to announce that it has extended its contract with HSBC Plc, one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world. The contract extension is worth approximately £1.0 million, the majority of which will be recognisable within the current financial year.

Under the terms of the contract, HSBC will be extending their wealth management financial planning system, which was initially developed by Focus Solutions. The extension of the system will be rolled out to over 600 users from January 2011.

Commenting on the contract extension, Richard Stevenson, CEO of Focus Solutions said, "We are delighted that HSBC have extended their contract with us to support their wealth management strategy.
