The Company announces that Peter Dicks, a Non Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 1 December 2020, acquired 1,216 ordinary shares at a price of 102.25 pence per share.
In total Peter Dicks will be interested in 73,184 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0120% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
