FairpointΒ was informed on 23 December 2008 that,Β onΒ 11Β DecemberΒ 2008,Β Andrew Redmond,Β aΒ non-Executive director of the CompanyΒ boughtΒ 189,512Β ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 37.5p per share.Β
Following this purchase MrΒ RedmondΒ hasΒ a beneficial interest in 2,367,922Β ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximatelyΒ 5.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
