Director's Dealings
Fairpoint was informed on 23 December 2008 that, on 11 December 2008, Andrew Redmond, a non-Executive director of the Company bought 189,512 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 37.5p per share.
Following this purchase Mr Redmond has a beneficial interest in 2,367,922 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 5.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
