Transaction in own shares
Formation announces that on 16 and 17 June 2008, it purchased 450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at prices between 19.75 pence and 20.38 pence per share. These shares will be held by the Company as treasury shares.
Following these transactions, Formation holds 450,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 220,065,112 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
