TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND COMPLETION OF PLACING OF 19,733,430 NEW ORDINARY SHARES, CAPITAL INCREASE
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1A, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:
The Company has today issued 19,733,430 new ordinary shares of US$0.50 each (the "Placing Shares") pursuant to the placing of shares announced on 29 April 2013. As a result, the Company's issued ordinary share capital now consists of 736,893,589 ordinary shares of US$0.50 each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 736,893,589.
The above figure of 736,893,589 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Admission of the Placing Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities became effective earlier today.
